You can also use these lyrics or songs in connection with your money-making enterprises.  If you are doing so, or someone is paying you for performing, publishing or recording any of these songs (lucky you!), please do your bit to protect songwriter royalties. Here's how:

live performance
Advise APRA – fill out song details for each gig, and return form to APRA.
NOTE – This doesn't mean you will be hit with a bill! It is venue/event organisers, not individual performers, who are responsible for paying live performance royalties. For more information see APRA's website.

publication
Obtain written permission from Kate (send an email).

recording/mechanical reproduction
Obtain a licence from AMCOS.
